Joel has been a rock of our community since its beginning. A steering committee member and a dedicated volunteer, Joel is a quiet reason we are able to keep our doors open every month. This month specifically, we wanted to recognize him for his leadership and effort on residing our shed. Joel was instrumental in the project from the beginning, finding a source for reclaimed siding, helping in the deconstruction and salvage of the wood, coordinating the project, as well as hours of nailing and painting, all for the betterment of our space while supporting our reuse and sustainability mission. Joel, you are an inspiration and a joy in our lives and community. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Joe has been an incredibly consistent and dedicated presence at the Bike Shack throughout the summer and fall. His commitment to keeping our community cycling has been invaluable. Whether he's helping members troubleshoot and repair their own bikes or diligently working on donated bicycles to prepare them for resale, Joe's mechanical skills and welcoming attitude make a real difference. He consistently ensures that our Bike Shack is a functioning and friendly resource for everyone. We also want to give a special shout-out to Joe for volunteering his time and expertise at various community events, extending the Tool Library's reach beyond our physical space. Thank you, Joe, for your unwavering consistency and significant contributions to the Shoreline Tool Library!
