This is a desk I made out of walnut with my 16-year-old, who told me he needed one. He drew the design, and we made it together out of raw materials. It’s special to me because it’s the first time my son has been truly enthusiastic about a woodworking project we did together. Beyond borrowing tools, the NESTL sparks creativity and the spirit of community for me. That motivates me to be a better neighbor and father.
