This class will walk through some of the tools and techniques of project management that would be useful and relevant in the DIY/small project space. It will cover relevant topics like project planning, scope, requirements, tasks, schedules, milestones/gateways, and risk management. This class will allow you to utilize project management techniques to get your DIY projects done faster and safer.
About the teacher, Michael Indigo Sr.: I have been working in project management for over 20 years, and am a certified PMP from PMI. I currently manage global IT projects for a managed services company, but I have managed projects ranging from construction to M&As.
