E.G. Soltmann 438 Level & Tripod

There is not much info on this level but it is in VERY good condition and comes with a stand that dates it to around 1960. It is from E.G. Soltmann New York and was serviced by Mingolo-Prandoni in 1984. It appears to have all of its accessories and the lens looks to be in good shape.
