September Volunteers of the Month: Ruth & Jonathan

Two "polaroids" of the September volunteers of the month. The left one has the NE Seattle Tool Library volunteer of the month, Ruth, who has taken a selfie on their hike in the woods. The left one has the Shoreline Tool Library volunteer of the month, Jonathan, who is smiling to the side in front of a blue background.
With initiative and enthusiasm, Ruth and Jonathan are jacks of all trades and masters of each. Thank you for coming by the tool libraries and making them each a better and more welcoming place for the community to enjoy 💚

Not even a ray of sunshine, but the whole sun! Ruth is a pillar of what we try to embody here at the Tool Library. Her enthusiasm for everything we do, from working the desk, fixing bikes, mending at Fabric Fix-It, dabbling in small technology repair, and taking on a plethora of special projects, she is always inspiring us! Thank you so much, Ruth, for being a part of our community. We love you!

Every time Jonathan signs up for a shift at STL, we know it is going to be a productive day! Jonathan is an incredible volunteer who takes the initiative to get important things done. He brings a fantastic energy to the library every time he comes in and always leaves the library looking better than when he arrived. We thank you so much for the time you spend here, and we are so grateful to call you one of our volunteers!
