This two-part workshop teaches essential woodworking skills through a rewarding project you’ll be proud to display. You will build two custom picture frames (one 8×10 and one 5×7).
Through this class, you will learn accurate miter cutting techniques, how to create strong and invisible corner joints, how to use a miter saw and hand tools safely, sanding and surface preparation, routing decorative profiles, and much more. You will also learn how making picture frames teaches precision; every cut must be exact for perfect corners. These skills translate directly to furniture making, trim work, and countless other woodworking projects.
