I love this place! I moved here from CA and never heard of a tool library. On my first visit, I was hooked, signed up and been happily borrowing tools all year long. I just renewed my membership and tell all my neighbors about it. The staff and volunteers are incredibly helpful!

Name a tool; yard, shop or construction and I'd bet you'll find it at the tool library. Don't buy or rent when you can use the tool library.
Brian
Superb humans right here. Helpful, patient and this is just some kind stuff right here. Do you actually need to own a thing that you might need 1-5 years apart. I have enough stuff, accumulating stuff is so 1980's

Very friendly volunteers and staff doing good things for the neighborhood and the environment. Thank you all so much for making our renovation much easier. We really appreciate it.!

Great library to rent tools! Super helpful volunteers and well stocked. Pay a visit instead of buying tools.

Not only is this a great place for tools, it is a great place for bikes. If you need a nicely reconditioned bike, some advice on your current ride, or some work on it; this is the place!
Andre knows bikes and is there to help most Saturdays 9-12. Labor rates is an unbeatable at $20/hr!

Love having a tool library in the neighborhood, especially with more than just tools! We've checked out a pressure washer, sewing machine, board games, puzzles, tables for a BBQ. Such a money saver and wonderful community!

The Shoreline Tool Library has a wide selection of tools that are perfect for home projects. They also have outdoor power and hand tools for cleaning up your property. It's a great local resource and their membership fees are more than reasonable!

These folks are really nice, knowledgeable, and interested in what projects your working on. They've been a great resource for those home projects where you only need a tool for this one thing. I think NESTL has saved me a few hundred on tool purchases, plus the environmental benefits of reducing consumption.

I attended Ava's 3D printing class today. It was excellent! She moved really well through a lot of content, amazing how much we accomplished in 90 minutes. She fielded questions, mixed in relevant anecdotes, made it fun while conveying the necessary information, while navigating differing computer skill levels among the attendees. Wow! Looking forward to taking classes from her in the future.
