About Ryan

I’m so grateful to have found the NE Seattle Tool Library at a time when I was itching to jump into projects in my new house. I’m from the East Coast and have always loved to tinker with projects, build, and create new things. Living in a tiny apartment in Seattle didn’t stop me from creating, but I became more serious about bigger projects after moving to a larger space in Shoreline. After volunteering with NESTL for a few months, I was thrilled to learn that there were talks about opening a new location close to my neighborhood.

I love the community connection component of Seattle REconomy and am so excited to give back to creating a more circular economy in our region that’s accessible to all (and preach the gospel of tool libraries to friends all over the country!). Through my love of spreadsheets, I’m excited to join the board and help with the budget and financial aspects of keeping this amazing organization thriving.

Seattle REconomy is a 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit dedicated to reducing our community’s footprint and increasing our climate resilience through education and practical solutions.
